Our company is consisting of 4 warehouses to accommodate our production, storages, workshop, canteen and admin office. We also provide door-to-door delivery services with 8 delivery trucks that we own.
MACHINES OUR COMPANY OWNED
Extrusion Machine
This is for the first process of manufacturing ACE Foam where various raw materials are mixed, combined and extruded through the extrusion machine then turn into bobbin.
Oven
Secondary process of manufacturing ACE Foam where the extruded bobbin goes through and baked inside. The bobbin will be expanded as it is baked into foam which we all know as ACE Foam (XPE foam).
Lamination / Build Up Machine
This machine is the one responsible for laminating foil on foam to improve its insulating properties. ACE Foam has a unique emboss of foil to distinguish it from other brands. This machine also plays a role as a buildup machine where it combines the foams into one then provide the thickness preferred by the clients.
Adhesive Machine
This machine runs the last process of foam insulation where it applies adhesive on the foam insulation. TYK Convertech Inc. uses high quality organic water-based adhesive which is safe to human and environment while the adhesiveness as strong as the oil-based.
Pipe Machine
A machine used to form ACE Foam into tube-type pipe insulation by heating and combining the edges.
PE Extrusion Machine
This machine melts and extrudes polyethylene pellets then expands the extruded dough into PE foam without process of oven.
Bubble Insulation Machine
Our recent ongoing project. Bubble insulation is one of the most cost-efficient method of insulation, yet never inferior in function. It is coming soon with TYK Convertech Inc.
