COMPANY HISTORY
2015
​
Korean national, Tae Sig Kim, with his idea to develop a product that will lessen excessive heat loss and conserving energy of air, came up with an eagerness to produce a product. With this vision, emerges an aspiration and he saw a potential business opportunity in developing foam insulation in the Philippines. Thus, Kim establishes TYK Convertech Inc. in Marilao Bulacan.
The Fledging company builds its business around Foam Insulations, TYK Convertech Inc. launches their first insulation product called ACE Foam. Under Kim as the chairman, TYK Convertech Inc develops a reputation for quality products in the markets of Philippines.
2016

Our next product pipe insulation is introduced in the market of Philippines, improving the performance of plumbing works. This also widened the usage of foam insulation and proved its potential.
2017
​
TYK Convertech Inc. introduces the PE foam insulation. With all the previously earned trust from our customers, PE foam as well was able to settle down as one of our major products.
2018~2021
​
Thanks to the support of our customers, we were able to see our products loved in various places in the Philippines and those gave us pride and accomplishment for us to step forward to further improvements on our product and service.
WHAT DO WE DO?

Our company is best-known for manufacturing and distributing various kinds of insulation such as ACE Foam, PE foam and pipe insulation, as well as duct gasket, duct tape and aluminum foil tape. Our products are used in wide range of construction field from the very small construction such as house slabbing and roofing to the large constructions as malls, apartments, hospitals, and etc., keeping inside of the buildings temperature from that of outside which saves a lot of energy and also keep the earth green.
